Pressing the Point

We will be doing a hands on demonstration of acupressure points to relieve aches and pains as well as comfort your mind, clear congestion, and support immunity. Feel full after a big meal? I will show you what points to press to relieve that bloated feeling.


Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring your sense of fun. We will press our own points and help each other learn too!


If time allows we will go over some more in depth information on each of the points.


This class is for everyone but massage therapists would especially benefit by learning these tools to help their patients during a massage.


Spring is coming so let’s get ready to face that gardening back ache or runny nose with tools to keep you hopping for the season.
